Acknowledgement of Services 

This is a temporary Helpline operated by Just Neighbors. By agreeing to participate in this Helpline, I acknowledge I am not represented by a legal representative (attorney) and recognize that the purpose of this service is to inform me of my rights and obligations in my immigration proceedings, and to help me understand the legal process.

I am aware that the staff providing these services are not my representatives for my immigration case and cannot represent me in court. The staff will be offering education and resources to help me represent myself in court, and cannot provide legal advice.

I understand that, if I want to be represented, I should begin looking for a legal representative on my own since the staff cannot provide a legal representative (attorney).

Reconocimiento de Servicios 

Esta es una linea temporal operada por Just Neighbors. Al aceptar participar en esta Línea de Ayuda, reconozco que no estoy representado por un representante legal (abogado) y que el propósito de este servicio es informarme sobre mis derechos y obligaciones en mi proceso migratorio, así como ayudarme a comprender el proceso legal.

Soy consciente de que el personal que presta estos servicios no es mi representante legal en mi caso migratorio y no puede representarme ante la corte. El personal ofrecerá educación y recursos para ayudarme a representarme a mí mismo en la corte, y no me puede darme consejo legal.

Entiendo que, si deseo ser representado, debo buscar un representante legal por mi cuenta, ya que el personal no puede proporcionarme un representante legal (abogado).
